I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Alessandrini and his entire staff. It was certainly unfortunate that I needed a bone graft and an implant, but I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Alessandrini. I called around to several oral surgeons and was only able to find one who was willing to perform an autograft. From my very first visit, I knew I was in excellent hands. Dr. Alessandrini’s skills, expertise, and calm manner made what could have been a very painful and stressful experience much more manageable for me. I had my implant placed at 11:00 this morning, and I have been amazed at how well I am doing. So far, I have only needed 200 mg of ibuprofen in the last 12 hours. Dr. Alessandrini has also gone above and beyond by checking on me both nights to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. That level of personal care is truly exceptional. His nurses are incredibly kind and caring, and the front desk staff is always courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Every member of the team has made me feel cared for throughout this entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Alessandrini. He is an exceptional oral surgeon with remarkable skills, and, just as importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients. I am so thankful I found him and his wonderful team!

This was the first time in my entire life (74 years of age) I had to visit a dentist for any tooth issue. I’ve never had a cavity or tooth extraction. Needless to say I was extremely nervous. The Dental Assistant calmed my anxiety by explaining the procedures from start to finish. When Dr. Alessandrini came in he answered all my fearful questions. I was in good hands from start to finish. 5 Star all the way.

My experience with Dr.A and his staff has been phenomenal for getting my tooth implant. Staff is very professional and friendly. Dr.A is a Pro and I was impressed that he would call me personally on a Friday evening after the surgeries to check up on how I was doing, which was both times recovering better than expected. I didn't t have hardly any pain and was eating regular food that evening of the surgeries. Any future oral surgeries or future implants will definitely be done by Dr.A. This practice is a hidden gem for oral surgery. Pam at the front desk was also instrumental in having both procedures for implant to be covered by 2025 and 2026 insurance by splitting the 2 procedures at end of 2025 and beginning of 2026. My 97 year old mother had a tooth extracted by Dr. Edward Alessandrini. Upon meeting the oral surgeon, Mom was impressed by his wonderful bedside manner and immediately liked him. He was very genuine, and engaged her with his relaxed, humorous and down to earth manner which immediately put her at ease. Dr. Alessandrini checked to see if Mom was comfortable throughout the procedure and performed the extraction with no discomfort to the patient. Her post-op recovery was also remarkable as she had little to no discomfort whatsoever. One Ibuprofen and she was fine. I highly recommend Dr. Alessandrini as an oral surgeon, and if the need ever arises, would go to him myself. __Sue Messer
