I have had two extractions with bone grafts and two implants by Dr. Alessandrini within the past two years. Dr. A. put me at ease right away and requested my favorite music or podcast for background. He is strong and got the teeth out quickly. The implants did not seem to take long and the procedures moved along seamlessly. Best of all, I took only 1 Ibuprofen for all four procedures. Not only no pain afterwards, he called to check on me the evening of my appointments. Dr. Alessandrini gets 5 stars for his competency, professionalism, patient care and his private moment of prayer before surgery. It’s all been proven to work for best outcomes. Thank you, Dr. Alessandrini. You are the best!

The front desk team gives you a warm greeting, the rooms are clean, Dr. Alesandrini explains the procedure which provides peace, the dental assistant and the other oral surgeon are professional, and Dr. Alessandrini even played gospel music for me during one procedure. I appreciate them all and am very appreciative my dentist (Dr. Savitsky) referred me to Atlantic Oral!
